We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. Based either full‑time in the country or with significant international travel to Norway or Finland (11/3 rotations).Role AccountabilitiesProvide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security PlanVerify that the project/site‑specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general publicHold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performanceEncourage proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS programOversee EHS performance on the project/siteReview incident records and verify that all follow‑up actions are completed in a timely mannerEnsure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action itemsParticipate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action itemsContinuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project/site inspection reportsConduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performanceQualifications & ExperienceExtensive experience in an EHS Manager role on major construction projectsExperience working on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essentialExperience working in consultancy, general contractor or client‑side environmentsWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
