Salary: £50,000–£80,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical PM to join our dynamic team, overseeing commercial electrical projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from concept to completion. As an Electrical PM, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is home-based in Brighton, but the successful candidate must be open to travel nationwide. Some projects may require overnight stays if it is not feasible to travel to and from a site on the same day. All travel expenses will be fully covered, ensuring that you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple electrical projects as a senior Electrical PM, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, maintaining full commercial oversight.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Resolve project challenges proactively and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting as required by company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial Electrical PM, ideally with multiple large-scale projects managed successfully.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for project delivery, including potential overnight stays when required.
• Ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining strong collaboration with teams on-site.
