electronic Patient Record Training Manager

Overview

Electronic Patient Records Training Manager (EPR) – NHS role. 8 months duration. On-site at the beginning, then a hybrid working arrangement of circa 50% on-site / 50% work from home. Salary is 40.31/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth 4.87/hr) + NHSP pays for Employer's NI (worth 7.39/hr) > 52.57/hr.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an IT skills and EPR training strategy to support the implementation of the Trust's EPR system.
• Lead and manage a team of Trainers to assist with delivery.
• Provide a reliable and cost-effective EPR training service that meets the needs of users and the organisation.
• Develop the service in line with the strategic direction of the Electronic Patient Record system and related national/local policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of leading a pre-deployment Trust-wide EPR training programme.
