The Role: Employee Relations Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and empathetic Employee Relations Lead to champion a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping our employee relations strategy and supporting our people managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinary, performance, etc.)
  • Develop and implement ER strategies and policies aligned with employment law and MTC values
  • Provide expert advice on legal compliance and employment law updates
  • Coach and train managers to foster positive team dynamics
  • Analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals
  • Oversee policy effectiveness and manage Occupational Health services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and trends
