Employee Relations Lead at MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre. Location: MTC, Ansty. Job type: Permanent, 36 hours per week. Flexible working: Fully Flexible Week & Hybrid Options Available.

Join us to shape a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture. You’ll report to the Head of People Experience and help steer our employee relations strategy and support people managers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinary, performance, etc.).
• Develop and implement ER strategies and policies aligned with employment law and MTC values.
• Provide expert advice on legal compliance and employment law updates.
• Coach and train managers to foster positive team dynamics.
• Analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals.
• Oversee policy effectiveness and manage Occupational Health services.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and trends.
