We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Employee Relations Manager.
The Role:
This is an exciting Employee Relations role within the HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee relations activities, liaising directly with the business and managers.
The role encompasses and has the following principal responsibilities:
- Handle complex ER cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Managing end-end process, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary’s.
- Support in delivering any employee relations work-streams for any organizational change, restructuring or similar processes exercises.
- Provide expert advice to the business on employee relations concerns and activities
- Produce high level documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates to records.
- Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders across the functions
Requirements (Skills/experience):
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases within a financial service industry
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience managing employee relations restructuring projects
- Strong risk mindset, with a key understanding of developing and maintaining suitable controls.
- They will be required to prioritize and adapt, while also exercising agility based on changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential for the successful candidate
- Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
