Role

In this role, you'll be part of a highly respected Employment department, advising a diverse range of clients from across Scotland.

You\'ll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on strategic HR issues, complex tribunal claims and providing practical employment law guidance across various industries.

Your caseload will include handling high-value, complex employment disputes, conducting investigations and advising on employment law matters within corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Your Experience

• 5+ PQE with strong experience in employment law
• A track record of working with high-value clients and complex employment matters
• Strong communication, commercial awareness and client management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, work autonomously and demonstrate strong time management skills
