Our client is a leading UK based international law firm which is looking to expand its Employment team in Scotland (can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact matters for top-tier commercial clients including household names and FTSE companies.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work
  • Tribunal and civil court and appeal litigation matters
  • TUPE, restructuring and industrial relations
  • Regulatory and internal investigations
  • Strategic compliance projects and cross-border advice
  • Collaborating with other practice areas on legislation requirements for international employment/recruitment matters
  • You\'ll also have the chance to work on international projects as part of a market-leading global employment practice!

About you

  • You will have a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Have a strong academic record and great communication skills
  • You will be proactive, well-organised and collaborative
  • Have enthusiasm to grow and contribute to a top-performing team
