Ambitious Employment Solicitors wanted to join a dynamic team managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

As an Employment Solicitor, you'll advise on contracts, redundancy, TUPE, dismissals, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunal claims. Collaborate with Litigation colleagues for crossover matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers and employees on employment law matters.
• Represent clients at Employment Tribunals.
• Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Support business development and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical, advocacy, and drafting skills.
• Commercially aware with client relationship experience.
