Overview

A local authority based in Greater Manchester is seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

Responsibilities

• Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, equal pay, TUPE, whistleblowing and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in contentious matters at employment tribunals where required.
• Carry a full and varied caseload.

Location and commitment

You will be required to attend the council offices at least fortnightly. You will either live in the Greater Manchester area or be within commuting distance to attend tribunal.
