Employment Partner – Bournemouth/Hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (8+ years PQE) seeking a new challenge at Partner level and the opportunity to advance their career with a respected law firm based in Bournemouth.
This forward-thinking, Legal 500 firm has a strong track record of success in Dorset and is looking to make a key appointment within its busy Employment team. With an ambitious strategy and a supportive management team, the firm offers the ideal environment for career progression.
You should have experience advising both employees and employers on various employment law matters, including settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment issues. Experience in business immigration would be an added advantage.
Hybrid flexible working is available.
Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing transactions
- Growing and developing the Employment team
- Showcasing technical expertise in complex matters
- Enjoying flexible hybrid working arrangements, with a balance between office and remote work
