Employment Solicitor - 6PQE+
Location: London (with flexible remote working)

We have been instructed on an opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded team that is continuing to expand. This practice has a strong reputation across both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on complex disputes involving discrimination and equality issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters with a focus on complex discrimination and equality issues, across contentious and non-contentious work.
• Demonstrate at least six years' PQE gained in a recognised London or regional practice.
• Manage contentious work including drafting and responding to tribunal claims, preparing witness statements, managing disclosure, and advising directly on sensitive employment issues.
• Provide advocacy experience (advantageous but not required) and contribute to court or tribunal advocacy if needed.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the wider practice; maintain strong client-handling skills.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least six years' PQE in a recognised London or regional practice.
• Background in handling contentious employment matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.

Working Arrangements
