Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, outsourcing, and business transfers Handling collective employment matters such as redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE Advising on trade union relations and consultations Representing clients in employment tribunal litigation
The ideal candidate will have
A minimum of three years+ PQE in employment law A proven track record in employment tribunal advocacy and advisory work Strong understanding of employment legislation and litigation procedures Confidence conducting legal merit assessments and risk analysis A team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Solid commercial awareness and client care instincts
