About The Role
Are you passionate about ERP systems and driven to help businesses thrive? At Node4, we support over 750 NAV/Business Central customers, and we're looking for dedicated Engagement Managers who can elevate our customer experience and maximise the potential of their systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Happiness: Your primary goal is to ensure our customers are happy, well served, and fully informed.
- Stay Updated: Regularly engage with customers to keep them abreast of the latest updates, technologies, and Node4 software, as well as third party solutions. We love a good site visit!
- Deep Understanding: Dive deep into your customer's business to build comprehensive Account Plans that enhance their processes and drive success.
- Innovation Advocate: Introduce new tools and products, and drive necessary changes by leveraging the extensive services within the Node4 group.
- Customer-Centric: Prioritise understanding customer needs and making their systems work seamlessly for them.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with our Projects Team to manage change requests efficiently.
- Team Synergy: Foster dynamic working relationships with other teams within Node4.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM system updated with relevant information.
- Identify Opportunities: Spot commercial opportunities and raise change requests as needed.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and schedule to maximise productivity.
- Trusted Advisor: Become the trusted advisor and primary conduit between Node4 and the customer.
What will you bring?
- ERP Knowledge: In depth understanding of NAV / Business Central and its application in different business contexts.
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate change requests effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Keen analytical skills to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with TNP software and third party solutions, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining dynamic working relationships.
- Organisational Skills: Effective time and diary management, with an ability to balance various responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to keep customer data accurate and up to date.
