We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Group. In this role, you’ll help enterprise clients make monday.com a mission-critical part of their stack, tackling high-scale engineering challenges across our platform. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the success of our largest customers.

About The Role
You\'ll work with experienced and highly talented engineers who are passionate about what they do, using cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We foster a culture of transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy.
Our engineering department is structured into different groups, each responsible for a critical domain within the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate in cross-functional teams, collaboratively defining, improving, building, and delivering features.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, defining the team’s vision, strategy, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Set and elevate engineering standards within your team and across the Enterprise group at monday.com.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences.
- Play an active role in designing advanced solutions that push the boundaries of our platform.
- Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment cycles in a microservices and microfrontends environment.

Your Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of proven management experience.
- Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Impact-driven mindset, with a strong focus on users and business needs.
- A strong sense of ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success.
