From concept to deployment and beyond, you’ll own the software lifecycle—crafting seamless, resilient, and future-ready technology.


Your Responsibilities



  • Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering growth through coaching and mentorship.

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Hire, onboard, and support career development within the team.

  • Oversee software development processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

  • Balance new feature delivery with operational stability and defect resolution.

  • Leverage data to improve team performance and streamline workflows.

  • Work closely with architects and product teams to align engineering efforts with business needs.

  • Champion best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

  • Facilitate technical discussions, code reviews, and long-term planning.


Requirements



  • Proven leadership experience in an agile software development environment.

  • Exposure to betting as an industry

  • Deep understanding of modern engineering and QA best practices.

  • Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Background in C#.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based architectures.

  • Managing distributed or remote teams.

  • Recruitment and hiring experience.
