Mission

We’re looking for an Enterprise Integration & Data Solutions Architect to own and optimise enterprise data and system integrations. You’ll help build a connected, secure, and future‑ready technology landscape that supports our growing digital ecosystem.

About the Role

As our Enterprise Integration & Data Solutions Architect, you’ll design and lead the evolution of integrations and data architecture across key platforms, including ERP (SAP), CRM, POS (Shopify), e‑commerce, and analytics. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our data flows are scalable, secure, and high‑performing.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect, build, and enhance integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e‑commerce, and analytics using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and related tools
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure ETL/ELT pipelines and real‑time or near real‑time dataflows
  • Act as the subject matter expert on integration best practices, reviewing vendor and internal solution designs for technical quality and security
  • Partner with project managers, solution architects, and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks (GDPR, PCI, etc.)
  • Own the technical roadmap for integration scalability, automation, and observability
  • Evaluate new tools, propose architectural improvements, and drive innovation in data and integration practices

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, data architecture, or data engineering, ideally within retail, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods
  • Proven expertise in Azure, Databricks, ETL, and API or middleware integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, CRM, Shopify POS, and e‑commerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of data governance, security, and cloud or SaaS environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Strong documentation, solution review, and architectural advisory experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications
