The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be a part of the face of AR Real Estate in the local area. This is a hybrid, self-employed position, giving you the freedom to manage your own schedule while benefiting from the structure and support of a growing estate agency. You’ll work flexibly across the office, the field, and from home to deliver the best results for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own diary and working flexibly between office, home, and the local area
  • Registering, qualifying, and building relationships with potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Developing into property valuations with full training and mentoring provided

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated self-starters who are:

  • Experienced in estate agency, with at least 1 year of proven industry experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident communicators with strong people skills
  • Organised and proactive in managing their time and workload
  • Enthusiastic about property and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ambitious to grow their career in real estate
