If you’ve got experience in Events within a professional services business and are near to any of the major Northern cities of Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool then this is a great opportunity to join a purpose-led, award-winning organisation. You will play a key role in delivering a dynamic programme of events. From high-profile conferences and report launches to charity galas and colleague engagement events, the successful candidate will ensure every detail is planned, delivered, and evaluated to the highest standard.

About You

• Experience planning and executing events within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Skilled in managing budgets, stakeholders, suppliers, and venues.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project management ability.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and customer focused mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, coordinating and delivering internal and external events of varying size and scale.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency across event delivery.
• Researching and developing impactful event concepts in collaboration with colleagues.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinating logistics, content, and communications for live, hybrid, and digital events.
• Leading post-event reviews and producing actionable reports.
• Supporting Marketing, Business Development and Client Development teams with event-led initiatives.

Where You'll Be Based

With multiple offices across the North you can base yourself from home 3 days a week and whichever office is most convenient for you the rest of the time. You will need to be open to travelling to other offices across the North as part of your job though. The offices you can use are in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and near Preston.
