You\'ll be the driving force behind in-person, hybrid, and digital events-working closely with senior leadership, UK Public Affairs, and Communications teams to ensure every event reflects Airbus\' brand, values, and strategic priorities.
What You'll Be Doing

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with everyone from contractors to VIPs.
- High attention to detail and a service-first mindset.
- Experience in branding, hospitality, ethics & compliance, and project management is a plus.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a bonus.
- Budget management and procurement process knowledge.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
