Join NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) as an Executive Account Director and lead strategic, executive-level relationships with NHS client groups in the Southwest. You will own the planning and design stage with strategically important NHS clients, drive account growth, manage P&L impact, and contribute to governance, contract management, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Be responsible for contract delivery, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Build and champion strong executive-level relationships with NHS clients to ensure sustained growth and contract retention.
  • Develop and implement tailored account strategies, aligning client needs with internal goals and resources.
  • Monitor and resolve contract performance issues to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales campaigns, promote adoption of new services, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead contract renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive new revenue streams.
  • Engage across a portfolio of NHS provider clients as an individual contributor.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrable experience in client partnership at a senior level, within a BPO or public sector organisation.
  • Understanding of working within an NHS client environment.
  • Strong background in sales with a track record of revenue growth and managing high-value contracts.
  • Ability to influence and establish relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Experience handling multi-million and multi-year contracts for BPO services.
  • Solid understanding of negotiation techniques and contract management methodologies, and familiarity with procurement regulation and contract law.

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Commutable distance to Southwest of England client sites

  • Salary: up to £80,000 per annum (depends on experience and development needs)
