Are you an experienced Executive Assistant at C-Suite level? You’ll play a pivotal role overseeing seamless administrative operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and providing high-level executive support.

This hybrid role combines senior-level EA responsibilities with strategic business support management. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO remains focused and prepared in a fast-paced environment. From complex diary and travel management, meeting coordination and minute-taking, to driving project tracking and continuous process improvement, your expertise will make a direct impact.

  • Extensive experience supporting C-Suite level (essential)
  • Extensive experience of in-box management, national and international travel as well as complex diary management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach—anticipating needs and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Writing comms on behalf of the CEO, and preparing presentations
  • Outstanding organisation, communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Confidence managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability, especially PowerPoint.
  • Available to start mid-August for a thorough handover.

You will need

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional diary and inbox management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and inclusive working practices.
