Overview
Ad Infinitum is looking for a creative, strategic and ambitious Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real, measurable impact on the next stage of Ad Infinitum’s journey. Permanent, part-time role with hybrid working and flexible hours.
Following joining the Arts Council National Portfolio in 2023, we are now in an exciting period of growth and transformation including strategic development, furthering international partnerships, and innovative environmental touring practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the organisation and maximise its potential through diversifying income streams, navigating risk and securing partnerships.
- Drive growth through strategic development, international partnerships and innovative environmental touring practice.
Candidate profile
- We welcome applications from people currently in different roles, including those returning from parental leave, part-time seekers, General Manager, Senior Producer, Operations Manager, Head of Development, Executive Director, freelancers, PAYE, venues or independent organisations.
- We offer opportunities for training and mentoring for the right candidate and encourage applicants who may have less experience in some essential areas but are ready to take the next step.

Details
- Salary: £42-44k dependent on experience (£34-35k pro rata)
- Hours: 0.8 FTE with flexible hours
- Place of work: Hybrid working (remote with some meetings in Bristol)
- Access: We will work to provide access support that is required for you to undertake this role effectively.
