Graduate Executive Search Consultant - The Role

• Researching new candidates through headhunt training, databases, job boards and your own networks
• Creating market maps requiring extensive research
• Attend client meetings to understand what your clients require
• Work with both client and candidate for the best outcome
  
  

• £30,000 + bonus (OTE £50,000-£60,000)
• Extensive training course learning from industry experts
• Attend client lunches and dinners
• Meet industry experts at networking events
• 20% bonus guaranteed + monthly commission
