The Role: Executive Search Consultant

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter (3+ years in contingent recruitment) ready to move into retained, senior-level search?

This is your opportunity to join our growing Executive Search team. You’ll work on senior mandates across senior marketing, digital, and commercial roles while building a market-leading candidate network.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage deep networks of senior talent in marketing and sales
  • Run executive-level search projects, including retained and exclusive work
  • Deliver market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Manage complex negotiations with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and market commentary
  • Collaborate with our team to smash both individual and team targets
  • Champion the 3Search brand with pride and integrity

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in contingent recruitment
  • Experience running senior-level searches
  • Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • A curious, commercially-minded individual with big ideas and energy
  • Someone who enjoys collaboration and feedback
  • Someone who still loves recruitment
  • Kind, values-driven people who want to grow
