Responsibilities As Family Engagement Manager you will manage Pact's visitor centre provision at HMP Ranby: - Manage the prison's booking line service, family visit catering services, play sessions for children (facilitated during family visits), homework clubs, special visits and themed family days; - Support families’ access to secure video visits; - Liaise with subcontractors in the Visits Centre; - Coordinate a broad service and contribute to the planning and development of Pact’s family work; - Ensure safeguarding and child protection practice is upheld. About you To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service and experience working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational and workload management skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to build partnerships with a range of agencies, and knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.
