Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Southampton

This is an opportunity to join one of the South’s most respected family law teams, a practice recognised nationally for its expertise in complex financial matters, private children cases, and out-of-court dispute resolution.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including:

  • Financial remedy work involving business assets, inherited wealth, and trusts
  • Nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
  • Private children matters, including relocation, enforcement, and complex arrangements
  • Domestic abuse protection and injunctive relief

You’ll be supported by senior lawyers who are leaders in their field, and have access to high‑calibre clients, from professionals and entrepreneurs to high-net-worth individuals and families, often with cross‑jurisdictional or business interests.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ PQE in family law
  • Strong grounding in matrimonial finance and private children work
  • Excellent client care skills, with empathy and professionalism
  • A constructive, resolution‑minded approach to dispute management
  • Commercial awareness and confidence handling complex assets or business interests
