Overview

We are excited to recruit a Family Support Practitioner to work in the Ashfield North Family Hub area.

You will ensure that families with identified needs receive appropriate family support services within the home and community to ensure they get the right help at the right time from conception until their child reaches the age of 19.

You will deliver a range of family support services, one to one support, evidence-based parenting programmes, and interventions within a defined locality to help keep children safe and help families thrive.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
  • 5 GCSEs at A*-C including English or equivalent
  • Full driving licence (unless disability precludes this)

  • Location: Ashfield North Family Hub, Sutton In Ashfield, NG17 5BB
  • Salary: £26,824 - £29,540 per annum (pro rata)
  • Type of vacancy: Fixed Term
