We are excited to recruit a Family Support Practitioner to work in the Ashfield North Family Hub area.

Work Base: Ashfield North Family Hub, Sutton In Ashfield, NG17 5BB

Salary: £26,824 - £29,540 per annum (pro rata)

Work pattern: Part Time

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of family support services, one to one support, evidence-based parenting programmes, and interventions within a defined locality to help keep children safe and help families thrive.
  • Ensure that families with identified needs receive appropriate family support services within the home and community to ensure they get the right help at the right time from conception until their child reaches the age of 19.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and 5 GCSEs at A*-C (including English) or equivalent.
  • Full driving licence (unless disability precludes this).
