Overview

Field Sales Executive - Area Sales Manager (Financial Solutions) for All Season Movers, Inc. Remote-based role with base plus benefits and OTE. Home-based with own vehicle required.

What you will do

• Identify and engage with key industrial business partners to offer finance solutions and maximise sales.
• Prepare, maintain, and develop key account financial plans for customers (e.g., Hire Purchase, Finance Lease) to support SME/business procurement across the UK for industrial vehicles, plant machinery, and related equipment.
• Liaise with procurement/engineering managers, finance directors, and decision makers to provide flexible funding solutions.
• Cold call and generate new business from scratch; manage customer projects and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and log activity in the CRM; monitor medium- and long-term sales forecasting; handle customer complaints with proactive resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in a commercial B2B environment
• Strong background in industrial sales and/or financial services
• Proven track record in new sales and achieving targets
• Experience offering finance solutions (e.g., Hire Purchase, Finance Lease) is desirable
• Evidence of cold calling and visiting customer sites; autonomous with own customer base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financial solutions
