Senior Recruitment Consultant for Digital Marketing, CRM & Pricing

As part of the expansion of our German client's commercial activity in the UK, we are currently looking for a B2B field sales representative.

You will be working remotely and travel about 3-4 days per week (company car included). Ideally, you live in the area around Peterborough, Northampton, or Cambridge (North-East of London).

You will be responsible for providing on-site advice to prospects pre-qualified by your in-house colleagues. This pre-qualification and the organisation of customer visits will ensure a high quality of leads; your contacts will generally be decision-makers who have demonstrated a clear intention to make their project a reality.

• Advise customers from industry, logistics, and other sectors with the broad product portfolio of a specialist manufacturer in a professional, needs- and solution-oriented manner.
• Analyse customer requirements on site and prepare customised, cost-optimised offers. Conduct commercial sales negotiations, conclude contracts, and actively monitor your current offers.
• Work closely with decision-makers on the customer side as well as internal teams (project management, purchasing, sales, marketing) for timely project execution.
• Conscientiously document your contacts and results in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Your profile:

• Successful technical or commercial training, or a similar degree.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales.
• Strong affinity for sales requiring intensive consultation, goal orientation, commitment, enthusiasm, and closing ability.
• Quick perception, excellent presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills for effective communication.
