This is a field-based role with some periodic office attendance for meetings and training.Job DetailsResponsibilitiesConduct service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.Respond to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or part replacements.Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.Communicate with customers, provide detailed reports on work performed, and confirm equipment condition after service.Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal performance to customer satisfaction.Provide training and guidance to customers to maximise equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors.Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to support service operations.A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote/home-based with periodic attendance at offices for team meetings and training.
