Job Description:

This is a fantastic Technical Field Service Specialist role requiring People Management / Supervisory experience within a sector that brings colour to printing and packaging products.

The main responsibilities of this Technical Field Service Specialist include coordinating support for in-plant teams, training & development, and performance management.

We seek candidates with experience in solvent-based flexo or gravure ink application and the ability to travel between customer sites. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, repairs, equipment installation, and ensuring smooth operations.

Additional Attributes:

• User-level experience in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• A self-starter with confident communication skills, responsiveness, and negotiation abilities.
