Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. About the Role

We’re looking for a Production Finance Analyst to help drive financial performance and insight across our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner – Production, you’ll play a key role in supporting accurate reporting, robust forecasting, and actionable analysis that enables better operational decisions and unlocks value on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support weekly and monthly performance reporting for production sites, focusing on cost control, efficiency, and output.
  • Streamline reporting processes, systems, and data flows to improve governance and operational clarity
  • Assist the Finance Manager with integration activities and ad-hoc projects affecting production and supply chain functions
  • Ensure financial processes are followed and documented, particularly around production spend, investment approvals, and cost allocations
  • Track and analyse manufacturing costs, waste, downtime, and investment returns to support continuous improvement and ROI evaluations
  • Identify risks and opportunities within production P&Ls and contribute to scenario planning and corrective actions
  • Analyse variances against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers and trends for site managers and operational leads
  • Prepare reporting packs and insights for production leadership to support strategic and tactical decision-making

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Part-qualified CIMA (or equivalent), with relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
  • Self-starter with the ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and communicate clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to build relationships across production teams and influence operational improvements
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred
