Finance Analyst Manchester City Centre - Up to £55,000 DOE. A forward-thinking, growing professional services firm with a great name in their field is seeking a highly analytical, accuracy-focused Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a critical role that will support the company's financial planning, including all budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will provide insight and value-adding analysis that can be presented to senior management.

Key Duties

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models
• Conduct financial analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyse variances between actual and forecast results, identifying trends and explaining key drivers
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic decision-making
• Produce the monthly business review pack with accurate data and insightful commentary
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to evaluate performance and offer financial guidance
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strong financial controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency

About You

• Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA etc.)
• Previous experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Advanced Excel skills and modelling exposure
