Business Manager at Accountable Recruitment Limited – Finance Business Partner in St Helens.
A fast moving, highly commercial business based in the St Helens area recruiting for an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial and Operational Finance team. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, you will enjoy an autonomous role managing a range of senior stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in finance business partnering who is looking to take the next step in their career.

What you’ll do

• Partner with senior leaders and regional teams to provide financial insight and analysis.
• Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support decision-making through performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and business case analysis.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and improvements to drive efficiency and results.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help deliver long-term business goals.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• A couple of years of experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence decisions.
• Commercially astute with solid analytical ability.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel on occasion (though not frequently).
