The opportunity:
Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business partner to join a growing business based in north-east Leeds. This is a commercially focused role, where youll work closely with Marketing and Operations teams who really want finance at the table.
The business is growing, which means you'll be working on things that will be helping shape decisions, not just reporting on what's already happened. There's a variety of FP&A work in the mix too, so you'll get stuck into forecasting, planning, and influencing where the business goes next.
It's covering a secondment initially (12 months), but theres an opportunity to make it permanent for someone who gets under the skin of the business and fits the culture.
What you'll be doing:
Being the go-to finance person for Marketing and Operations - answering their questions, challenging their assumptions, helping them make better decisions
Getting involved in budget conversations early enough to influence them
FP&A work - forecasting, scenario planning, business cases for new initiatives
Monthly reporting and analysis
Spotting opportunities to improve processes as you go
Building robust relationships across teams in and outside of finance
What were looking for:
You're qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and business partnering or FP&A experience
You know how to translate numbers into "so what does this mean for us?"
An engaging and confident communicator
You're available to start in the next 4 weeks
