This is a commercially focused role, where youll work closely with Marketing and Operations teams who really want finance at the table. The business is growing, which means you'll be working on things that will be helping shape decisions, not just reporting on what's already happened. There's a variety of FP&A work in the mix too, so you'll get stuck into forecasting, planning, and influencing where the business goes next. It's covering a secondment initially (12 months), but theres an opportunity to make it permanent for someone who gets under the skin of the business and fits the culture.
