They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team and support strategic financial decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, this mid-level role will work closely with budget owners, senior stakeholders, and the wider finance function to deliver high-quality financial insight, planning, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive financial guidance and identifying emerging trends and risks. Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Develop tools and models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Strategic Support: Build robust business cases and ensure financial decisions are well-vetted and aligned with policy. Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders. Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly reports with commentary, track variances, and support mitigation planning. Cost Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and insight for overheads and projects. Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Control to ensure accuracy of financial postings. Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial systems and processes, including tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Excellent communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders Detail-oriented and capable of handling large data sets
