Overview Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Housing Association to recruit a Finance Business Partner for the Developments team on a permanent basis. Location: Fully remote (candidates must be within 2 hours of Cambridgeshire). Role Role: Finance Business Partner – Developments Type: Permanent Responsibilities
Providing financial business partnering to the Development directorate. Preparing forecasts, variance analysis, and cashflows. Producing regulatory returns including NRASH (D). Delivering clear financial commentary and insight to the Finance and Treasury Manager. Supporting development managers with project appraisals and financial planning. Advising on tax implications of land acquisition and development. Ensuring robust financial support and challenge to achieve value for money.
Qualifications
CCAB qualification (or actively working towards). Minimum 2 years’ experience within Housing Associations (ideally 3+). Proven experience of FBP specifically within development. Strong knowledge of financial modelling, cashflows, and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
