Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing team, delivering timely reporting, insightful analysis, and meaningful support to stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely reporting and insightful analysis to support commercial decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable reporting for non-financial stakeholders
• Involve across retail operations, projects and cost management

Qualifications

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis or commercial finance
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; PowerBI experience is a plus
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Experience and knowledge of working within the Retail and Hospitality sector is advantageous
