Finance Business Partner

New Today

Overview

Care you can put your faith in

At CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland, we have been caring for people of all ages across Scotland for more than 150 years. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our leadership team and help shape the future.

This role is about more than numbers. You will manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, and act as a real partner to service leaders by providing the financial insight and support they need to keep vital services running and growing. You will sit at the heart of our planning, working alongside Directors and Heads of Service, preparing reports for senior teams and the Board, and helping us spot opportunities and challenges ahead.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re a qualified accountant with solid senior-level experience, confident with IT (especially Microsoft Office and M365), and you enjoy building relationships and influencing change. A UK driving licence is essential, and experience in a commercial or multi-functional environment would be a bonus.

In return, you’ll join a values-driven organisation where your work really matters. If you’re looking for a finance role with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
