OverviewAre you an experienced Finance Business Partner able to manage change and establish robust working relationships with key stakeholders? About Our Opportunity As the Finance Business Partner here at Onebright you will be a key member of the FP&A team, working closely with members of the executive team to understand and drive performance. You will drive business engagement, run a robust budgeting, planning and forecasting cycle, as well as managing risks & opportunities. You will deliver insightful analysis and support the business's rapid growth agenda, bringing ideas to the table, equipping the executive to make decisions and challenging the status quo. Reporting to the FP&A Lead, you will be an enthusiastic self-starter, comfortable with change and challenge, willing to 'get your hands dirty', and a thoughtful team player.
