The FPnA team translates commercial strategy into financial outcomes, supports the CEO and CFO with decisions and the external narrative, and collaborates closely with Divisions to drive sustainable growth. Your role in the FP&A Team's Success As Senior Finance Business Partner to the Divisional CEO and the Divisional Leadership team, you will own all elements of planning, budgeting and forecasting for the region, in addition to providing reporting packs and ad hoc analysis. This role reports to the Commercial Finance Director, with dotted line reporting to the Divisional CEO. What you'll do
Member of the Divisional leadership team, partnering with the Divisional CEO, office heads, and regional leadership to drive performance and value through insightful analysis and influence Prepare monthly management information containing revenue, cost and profitability analysis with actionable commentary Manage the annual budget, strategic four-year plan and reforecasting cycles for the region; assist with business plans and presentations for the Board and Executive Committee Prepare financial projections for commercial and risk-mitigating initiatives for submission to the Initiative and Innovation team and Executive Committee Lead and mentor the FP&A team, developing finance business partners and analysts Drive continuous improvement in management reporting and planning processes to ensure timely, accurate delivery and support the head of FP&A in communicating the planning process to the wider business Support the adoption of our new financial planning tool, Anaplan, and maximise its potential Provide analysis and insight to the Investor Relations team to support quarterly trading updates, interim and full year results presentations and the Annual Report
What you'll need for this role You would need to demonstrate the following:
Commercially driven, influential and motivated Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Experience with financial planning / reporting tools and designing and implementing new planning processes Recognised accounting qualification and prior FP&A experience desirable Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills SQL knowledge desirable
