We are ambitious with a global presence and a strong focus on delivering better experiences for customers.Job title: Senior Finance Business PartnerYour RoleAs Senior Finance Business Partner to the Divisional CEO and the Divisional Leadership team, you will own all elements of planning, budgeting and forecasting for the region, in addition to providing reporting packs and ad hoc analysis. You will report to the Commercial Finance Director, with dotted line reporting to the Divisional CEO.What You’ll DoMember of the Divisional leadership team, partnering with the Divisional CEO, office heads, and regional leadership team to drive performance and value through insightful analysis and influencePrepare monthly management information containing revenue, cost and profitability analysis with actionable commentaryManage annual budget, four-year strategic plan and reforecast cycles for the region; assist with business plans and Board/Executive Committee presentationsPrepare financial projections for commercial and risk-mitigating initiatives for submission to the Initiative and Innovation team and Executive CommitteeLead and mentor the FP&A team, developing finance business partners and analystsDrive continuous improvement in management reporting and planning processes; support the Head of FP&A in communicating the planning process to the wider businessSupport adoption of the new financial planning tool Anaplan and maximise its potentialProvide analysis and insight to the Investor Relations team to support quarterly trading updates, interim and full-year results presentations and the Annual ReportWhat You’ll NeedCommercially driven, influential and motivated individualExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersExperience with financial planning/reporting tools and designing new planning processesRecognised accounting qualification and FP&A experience desirableStrong Microsoft Office and Excel skillsSQL knowledge desirableHow We WorkWe follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
