We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team.You’ll be at the heart of decision-making—partnering with our People, Risk, Finance, and Pricing teams to drive performance, challenge thinking, and influence strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including Executive Directors, to translate business plans into financial outcomes and deliver insights that matter.You’ll be the go-to expert for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), helping shape multi-year forecasts, optimise operational spend, and support strategic initiatives across a £300m income base. You don’t need to have been a Finance Business Partner before—but you do need the right mindset and experience.We are looking for:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with post-qualification experience in FP&A or management accountingStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsAbility to communicate complex financial insights with clarity and confidenceCommercial acumen and a forward-looking approach to financial performanceComfortable working with budgeting systems and financial toolsExperience in insurance, risk-based businesses, or healthcareExposure to strategic planning, pricing, or actuarial environmentsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiativesWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements.
