Group Finance Manager | Listed Technology | Salary £75 - £80k + bonus & benefits

I am currently partnering with a listed Technology company based in central London looking for a Group Finance Manager who is a natural successor to the hiring manager. The role is based in central London with office attendance 2/3 days a week. The ideal candidate is technically strong from an audit background and has the leadership potential to progress to the next role within 12 - 18 months. The candidate should have high attention to detail and ideally experience in a large company.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with external auditors and driving improvements.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintaining and improving internal controls.
• Setting and monitoring adherence to group accounting policies.
• Leading ad-hoc projects to support the finance function and wider business.

This role is suited to someone who has worked in practice and is ACA qualified. The successful candidate will be ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable supporting ad-hoc tasks to assist the wider business.

You will work closely with other departments across the business, partner with other finance functions, and support more junior team members with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified; experience from a practice background is preferred.
• Technical accounting expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Auditing experience with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead process improvements.
