Eutopia Search is exclusively partnering with a private equity–backed, multi-site hospitality business on the outskirts of Luton, Bedfordshire, to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office. A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a senior FP&A role that is both highly strategic and hands-on. You’ll define and deliver the full suite of financial planning and analysis processes, including long-term business planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal, and decision support. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide insight, challenge, and analysis to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver long-term value. This is a role that combines technical depth with commercial influence, offering genuine impact at board level while remaining engaged in the numbers day to day.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed FP&A processes: budgets, forecasts, 5-year plan, and performance analysis
• Prepare and present board-level reporting and insights
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, data, and outputs
• Influence business decisions through robust financial and strategic analysis
• Lead investment appraisals, feasibility assessments, and post-investment reviews
• Oversee month-end close, ROI/spend reporting, and ad-hoc project support

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant either ACA/ ACCA or CIMA with proven track record in FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills (macros essential), and ideally SQL
• Commercially minded, analytical, and detail-focused, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders while telling the wider strategic story
