We\'re currently partnering with a high-growth, FTSE-listed FMCG business to appoint a talented FP&A Manager into a critical role within their Commercial Finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that operates at pace and values finance as a true business partner.

Location: Milton Keynes

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile role reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director and managing a small team of three. You\'ll be responsible for driving insight, shaping strategy, and producing high-quality outputs that inform decision-making at the highest level – including interaction with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic decisions across commercial functions
  • Present financial performance and KPIs to senior leadership and Board stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in financial modelling, reporting, and forecasting tools
  • Manage and develop a team of three analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to influence outcomes and drive value
  • Support M&A activity and other strategic initiatives as required

What We\u2019re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A experience, ideally within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced sector
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial decisions
  • High attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience in a listed or private equity-backed business
  • Exposure to board-level reporting
  • Experience managing or developing small teams
