If you're ACA or ACCA qualified and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this role is for you.About the RoleAs Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the preparation and delivery of Group consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts, and ensure a robust control environment across the finance function. You’ll also manage and mentor a small team, while working closely with external auditors and tax advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of IFRS Group statutory accounts (full-year and half-year) and UK GAAP subsidiary accountsManage and support the external audit process for the GroupCollaborate with external tax advisors to prepare annual tax returnsProduce accurate, timely monthly management accounts for the Group and subsidiariesProvide leadership to a small team of direct reports (2 Assistant Management Accountants)Implement and enhance financial control processes across the functionAct as a key finance business partner across departments, offering insights to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with employment legislationWhat We’re Looking ForACA or ACCA qualified accountantSolid experience with audits, statutory accounts preparation and financial systemsStrong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP, including group consolidationsProven leadership and coaching abilitiesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
